The restoration focused on preservation rather than reinvention. Original marble flooring, the grand marble staircase, antique brickwork, wooden doors, and many of the building’s historic architectural details were carefully restored and incorporated into the new design. The neoclassical façade remains intact, while interiors introduce contemporary layers through subtle materials, warm colours, and bespoke furnishings. High ceilings, original stone walls, handcrafted decorative details, and carefully restored architectural elements create a strong sense of authenticity. The building feels lived-in rather than staged. Exactly as it should.

Design Rooted in Place

Casa Foscolo draws heavily from the character of Beyoğlu itself. Warm pastel tones, natural stone, travertine, marble mosaics, decorative ceramics, and locally crafted furniture create interiors that feel elegant without becoming formal.
